Mobility at Euro Gusto – What happened?
The 2nd mobility of the Grundtvig project took place during the festival organized by Euro Gusto from the 22nd to the 24th of November in Tours (France).
The eco-gastronomical event opened to the general public offered a wide variety of activities, from conferences, documentaries, farmers? market to animations for kids, workshop for professionals and the general public.
This mobility was the opportunity for producers selected by our polish partner to take part in the farmers? market. Furthermore, thanks to the Grundtvig project we were able to organize three workshops for professionals. They covered the following themes: institutional catering and food cultures transmission; communication and new marketing ways for small scale productions ; cured meat production without preservatives or chemical additives.
